Pizza Franchise Crooks 3 for 1 & Anthony's Pizza One
I have been burnt by these corporate crooks to the tune of $35,000 plus costs. I am out a total of $79,000 which includes legal fees to sue these jokers. Reza Solhi now goes by the name Anthony Mirkhan. His mother, Ashraf Mirkhan (she remarried earlier) and his step-father (uncle)are heavily involved in ripping off unsuspecting franchisees and the whole family has made it a business to commit corporate crime and have got away with millions of dollars.Reza, a.k.a. Anthony a.k.a. Mirkhan and Farzad Bagherzadeh, a.k.a. Fabio should be locked away. If they were in the U.S., they would be brought to justice. I have won a judgment against them for $59,500 but cannot collect because Canadian laws protect corporate criminals and do not have any rights for the victims. Shame on Canada!

Solhi has owned and managed the 3 for 1 Pizza franchise chain and in connection with that chain, he was criminally charged with fraud. Subsequently, he started the Pizza One, Pizza Uno and Anthony’s Kitchen franchises under the sole directorship of his mother Ashraf (Ashley) Mirkhan.(business franchise information)
I think this is a great franchise opportunity.
I admit that prior to this morning the idea of a U.S./Canadian border fence seemed laughable and preposterous. After reading the Taking Your Dough expose and watching the investigative CTV W-5 videos on how convicted Canadian fraudster Reza Solhi (AKA Anthony Solhi) has now brought his infamous franchising practices south of the border, I’m not only for building it, I’d suggest running 20,000 volts or so through it.
The videos, which total about 20 minutes, alternate between heart-wrenching interviews with victims who have lost their life savings to Solhi & his cohorts, to undercover footage showing a franchise salesman in action, pitching Solhi’s Anthony’s Kitchen franchise to a couple in a Chicago hotel lobby, and, separately, the salesman bragging about how he sells dreams to “gullible” franchise prospects for up to $600,000.
What’s wrong America? Aren’t we producing enough of our own franchise and biz-opp scammers? Are we gonna let these Hosers come in and take the caviar from the mouths of our native conmen, charlatans and get-rich-quick masters? Where’s our sense of national pride?

I am one of many 341 pizza store owner with my business partner Joseph. I lost amount of money with this stupid Iranian Croock called Reza Solhi. Who cheated many new immigrants money and stil on the road to cheat more people's life. I do not understand this country's law, why stil not respond many people's complaint. Reza Solhi, William and Fabio should be brought to the Justice.
Reza Solhi has been at it again for the past two years. Different scam, still robbing good people! I know where he is and what he is doing. Anyone interested? I'm going to W-Five, Fraud Squad, and Canada Revenue Agency.
